Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nova Subscription exclusively sells digital products and services. This policy explains how we deliver your purchases.

1. Digital-Only Products

All products and services offered by Nova Subscription are 100% digital. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. Therefore, no physical shipping, handling, or delivery charges apply to any order.

2. How Delivery Works

Upon successful payment confirmation, your subscription credentials (login details, access links, activation codes, etc.) will be delivered electronically through one or more of the following channels:

  • WhatsApp: Our primary delivery channel — credentials are sent directly to your registered WhatsApp number
  • Email: Credentials may also be sent to the email address you provided during purchase

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery: Within 5 minutes of confirmed payment
  • Maximum delivery time: Up to 24 hours in exceptional cases (high demand, manual verification, etc.)
  • Business hours: Our team operates between 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM IST. Orders placed outside these hours may experience slightly longer delivery times

4. Delivery Confirmation

Once your subscription credentials have been delivered, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp. We recommend:

  • Verifying your credentials immediately upon receipt
  • Logging in to the subscription service to ensure everything works correctly
  • Contacting us immediately if you encounter any issues with the delivered credentials

5. Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your subscription credentials within 24 hours of confirmed payment:

  1. Check your WhatsApp messages and email inbox (including spam/junk folders)
  2. Ensure your payment was successfully processed by checking your bank/UPI statement
  3. Contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or email

In cases of confirmed non-delivery, you are entitled to a full refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Shipping Charges

Since all our products are digital, there are no shipping or delivery charges. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay — no hidden fees, no additional charges.

7. Geographic Availability

Our digital subscriptions are available to customers worldwide. Since delivery is electronic, there are no geographic restrictions. However, the availability and functionality of specific third-party services may vary by region depending on the service provider's policies.
