At Nova Subscription, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our digital subscription services.
1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold by Nova Subscription are digital in nature. Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting against misuse.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: If your subscription credentials are not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment
- Non-functional subscription: If the delivered subscription does not work as described and our team is unable to resolve the issue
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
- Incorrect product: If you received a different subscription than what was ordered
- Service unavailability: If the third-party service becomes permanently unavailable within 48 hours of your purchase and we cannot provide an alternative
3. Refund Request Timeline
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of your purchase
- Provide proof of payment (transaction ID, screenshot, etc.)
- Describe the issue in detail with supporting evidence
- Allow our support team reasonable time to attempt to resolve the issue first
- Not have used or activated the subscription (where applicable)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the subscription has been activated and is working
- Failure to use the subscription within the validity period
- Issues caused by user error (e.g., sharing credentials, violating platform terms of service)
- Refund requests made after the 24-hour window
- Partial usage of subscription period
- Subscription suspension or ban due to violation of third-party platform rules
- Dissatisfaction with features or capabilities of a third-party tool (we recommend researching before purchasing)
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Activation
If you wish to cancel your order before your subscription has been activated, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply contact our support team via WhatsApp immediately.
After Activation
Once a subscription has been activated and credentials have been delivered:
- Monthly subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-cycle for a refund
- You may choose not to renew at the end of your subscription period
- Annual subscriptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period
Auto-Renewal
Nova Subscription does not auto-renew your subscriptions. You will be notified before your subscription expires and may choose to renew manually.

7. Replacement Policy
In many cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement subscription or credit towards a future purchase. This is often the faster resolution and is offered at our discretion.
8. Chargeback Policy
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend service and pursue appropriate action in such cases. We encourage customers to contact us directly for resolution.
